About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the Greater China team at Stripe. This role will support some of the region’s largest and most innovative companies across various industries, helping to power Stripe’s growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
- →Research and create outreach materials for high-value prospects
- →Follow up with Marketing-generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities
- →Execute outbound sales plays created by marketing
- →Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries
- →Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs
- →Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest
- →Effectively work through lead lists, meeting/exceeding SLAs
- →Collaborate with Marketing to improve targeting and messaging
- →Prospect into large enterprises in the Greater China region
Requirements
- ✓A track record of top performance or prior success
- ✓Superior verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Self-starter who can operate in a hyper-growth environment
- ✓Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required
- ✓In-office participation three days per week in Singapore
