About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Architecture Manager to lead and mentor a pre-sales engineering team at Stripe. This role involves developing and executing account strategies for large users and enterprise prospects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of pre-sales leadership experience
- ✓10+ years of experience in a technical sales role
- ✓Track record of building solution architecture/engineering teams
- ✓Payments experience preferred
- ✓Strong understanding of enterprise systems and architecture
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
