About the Role
We are looking for a Content Designer to join Stripe's Dashboard team. This role focuses on shaping the strategic direction of high-impact projects and crafting elegant interface copy that makes complex concepts clear and actionable.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead content design for new product experiences that connect business goals with user needs
- →Scope and prioritize work to achieve business goals and improve users’ experiences
- →Present work regularly to leaders and refine solutions based on feedback
- →Shape interaction flows, information architecture, and microcopy
- →Define, map, and name concepts across our product
- →Facilitate content critiques and workshops
- →Make connections with product teams to create cohesive user experiences
- →Champion craft and product excellence
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience working as a content designer, UX writer, or content strategist
- ✓Experience working on technical and/or B2B products
- ✓Examples of content written across surfaces and channels
- ✓Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale information architecture projects
- ✓Experience presenting work to senior leaders
