About the Role
The Vendor Operations Manager (VOM) is an operationally rigorous leader accountable for site-level performance of Stripe's sales vendor partnerships. This role focuses on delivering sales and user outcomes through performance governance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own attainment of sales quotas, conversion metrics and user outcome metrics at the site level
- →Monitor daily dashboards, forecast weekly results and act quickly to address underperformance
- →Lead structured performance reviews with vendor leadership
- →Strengthen vendor leadership’s ability to cascade expectations and sustain high-performing operations
- →Govern and enforce performance accountability across talent systems, sales operations and business operations
- →Execute the Rhythm of Business (ROB) cadence locally in partnership with vendor leadership
- →Architect and govern site-level processes for rapid issue detection and resolution
- →Capture and share frontline insights to inform sales motion design
Requirements
- ✓10+ years in vendor operations, contact center management, sales operations or program/performance management
- ✓Demonstrated ability to govern vendor performance across talent, sales operations and business operations
- ✓Skilled at influencing and up-leveling vendor executives and managers
- ✓Proficient in running structured cadences, interpreting performance data and diagnosing systemic issues
- ✓Effective at leveraging global systems and guiding vendors through operational change
