About the Role
We are looking for our first IT hire to architect the digital backbone of our growing global robotics startup. This hands-on leadership role will ensure our team, workstations, and global offices remain secure, high-performing, and seamlessly connected.
Key Responsibilities
- โDesign and manage secure, high-speed connectivity for a distributed international workforce using Zero Trust architectures
- โOwn the full lifecycle of corporate devices and engineering workstations using modern MDM and automated provisioning
- โProtect corporate identity and data against evolving threats including AI-augmented threat vectors
- โAdminister core identity stack (SSO, MFA, Passkeys) with focus on seamless onboarding and offboarding
- โPartner with DevOps team to ensure corporate systems support agentic workflows and internal AI automation
- โAct as technical lead for international partners ensuring secure data exchange and IP protection
Requirements
- โDeep experience with modern MDM (e.g., Iru, Jamf, Intune) and cloud-native identity providers (e.g., Okta, Google)
- โProven ability to manage complex, cross-border networking challenges for distributed teams
- โStays current on latest vulnerabilities and automated defense strategies
- โAble to build scalable, documented IT processes from scratch in a high-growth environment
