About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer, Human-Robot Interface (Unity) to join Sunday Robotics. This role focuses on building the interfaces that allow humans to step into the robotโs perspective for high-fidelity data collection and remote teleoperation.
Key Responsibilities
- โDesign and build immersive AR applications that integrate 2D overlays and dashboards with 3D spatial data
- โArchitect and maintain AR applications across multiple headset platforms
- โDesign and optimize low-latency video capture and telemetry streams within Unity and Android
- โPartner with Product, ML, Data Operations, and Robotics teams to define and ship new user experiences
Requirements
- โ3+ years of experience building in Unity (C#)
- โDeep understanding of spatial math concepts
- โExperience building interfaces that translate complex robot states into clear visualizations
- โExperience with low-latency video frameworks or camera protocols
- โExperience with Android (Kotlin) app development
- โExperience integrating Unity runtimes into native Android applications
