About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join SunnyData, a leading Databricks technology partner. This role will help project leaders drive the execution of technical projects and foster agile ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate meetings, ceremonies, and project logistics to ensure teams remain aligned and productive.
- →Capture notes, decisions, and action items during client and internal meetings, and share updates promptly with stakeholders.
- →Monitor action items, dependencies, and deadlines, following up with appropriate owners to maintain delivery momentum.
- →Facilitate smooth communication between cross-functional teams, helping reduce friction and misunderstandings.
- →Proactively monitor and work with the technical team to provide solutions to keep the engagement on track.
- →Support the team in using simple, effective agile habits to improve predictability and transparency.
Requirements
- ✓Experience working with IT or technology teams in an agile environment.
- ✓Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of building relationships to influence and drive change.
- ✓Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- ✓Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- ✓Demonstrated qualities of a strong team player with a proactive mindset.
- ✓Agile mindset, with experience performing Scrum Master duties or facilitating agile ceremonies across multiple teams.
- ✓Advanced English level (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field is preferred.
