Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute tests using product specifications, designs, and known context
- →Verify high and moderate risk changes before production release
- →Ensure teams maintain low bug:feature rates and low bug escape rates
- →Communicate effectively within embedded teams and the broader Quality organization
- →Track findings and projects by adhering to QA processes
- →Perform exploratory testing sessions to find bugs before customers report them
- →Participate in daily scrums, weekly grooming sessions, and sprint rituals
- →Verify reported bug findings quickly and reliably
- →Contribute to process improvement initiatives and review current processes
- →Perform root cause analysis on production bugs to improve team effectiveness
- →Gather, maintain, and share key metrics around software testing activities
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in Software Quality Assurance
- ✓Experience writing and maintaining clear and effective test cases
- ✓Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- ✓Experience supporting multiple teams
- ✓Proven track record of analyzing and solving complex problems
- ✓Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- ✓Experience authoring, maintaining, and executing written test cases
- ✓Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience working in fast-paced technology companies following agile principles
- ✓Experience managing product, engineering, and design stakeholders
