About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Designer to join Superpower, a healthcare company building a new health system that is preventative, personalized, and performance-enhancing. You'll design across every digital surface Superpower touches, making complex health information feel simple and inviting across every digital channel.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design landing pages, web experiences, and campaign pages that are visually compelling and conversion-minded
- →Create static and animated ad creative for Meta, Google, and other paid channels
- →Design email templates and campaigns that stand out in the inbox
- →Produce social media assets, stories, and content that are on-brand and scroll-stopping
- →Collaborate with growth, brand, and product to ensure visual consistency
- →Rapidly iterate based on performance data
- →Maintain and extend brand guidelines in digital contexts
- →Contribute to the design system as it applies to marketing and growth surfaces
Requirements
- ✓3–6+ years of experience in digital design, marketing design, or web design
- ✓A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual craft
- ✓Mastery of Figma
- ✓An eye for typography, layout, and hierarchy
- ✓Comfort with data-informed design
- ✓Speed in producing high-quality work
- ✓Understanding of responsive design
- ✓Collaborative and direct work style
