You'll own how Superpower looks, feels, and shows up in the world. This role focuses on leading brand evolution across every touchpoint, from product launches to campaigns and social design.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead design across brand moments including product launches, campaigns, events, and partnerships
- →Design across multiple mediums including web, social, print, packaging, environmental, editorial, and motion
- →Build and evolve the brand system with toolkits, templates, guidelines, and asset libraries
- →Collaborate directly with founders, product designers, engineers, and growth teams
- →Concept and execute creative projects that push boundaries
- →Prototype with AI and emerging tools to expand creative range
- →Set and maintain high standards for visual quality
- →Provide and receive direct feedback
Requirements
- ✓6-8+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design
- ✓Strong visual taste and range across mediums
- ✓Deep command of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
- ✓Comfort with speed and ambiguity
- ✓Fluency in Figma
- ✓Experience using AI tools in creative processes
- ✓Low ego, high standards
