About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Checksum.ai, a high-growth startup revolutionizing software testing with AI-powered QA automation. This role will focus on driving positive outcomes for top customers and ensuring renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- βDrive positive outcomes for our top customers
- βOwn onboarding and work with Customer Engineering team on implementation
- βEnsure renewals, healthy accounts, and prevent churn
- βBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- βSynthesize customer feedback and partner with Product and Engineering
- βBuild playbooks for adoption and customer lifecycle
Requirements
- βTechnically savvy with the ability to communicate with Customer Engineering
- βStrong communicator with business acumen
- βMetrics driven with good project management skills
- βBasic sales skills with the ability to present information
