About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Product Marketing to shape how Superside’s services and solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted in the market. This role will lead the product marketing function and drive the go-to-market strategy across Superside’s four service pillars.
Key Responsibilities
- →Refine and roll out Superside’s AI-first positioning across services, personas, and industries
- →Drive GTM strategy and execution for new services and major launches
- →Lead our AI adoption strategy, partnering with Product and creative leadership
- →Build and oversee programs to equip Sales and CS teams to sell and support offerings
- →Define and refine personas and customer journeys
- →Manage and mentor a small team, driving clarity and strategic output
Requirements
- ✓7–10 years of experience in B2B product marketing or go-to-market roles
- ✓Passionate about AI’s potential to transform creative work
- ✓Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- ✓A driven but empathetic leader with results-oriented mindset
- ✓Experience with creative services, AI tools, or service-based business models is a plus
