About the Role
We are looking for an Installation Quality Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting continuous improvements to installation quality and enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with the Installation Enablement team to support continuous improvements to installation quality and enablement
- →Manage an internal queue of issues, analyze installation data to identify trends and drive improvements
- →Provide feedback and testing support for internal installation tools/systems as needed
- →Support a new Quality Assurance (QA) program and assist in redefining how quality responsibilities operate across internal teams and external partners
- →Conduct QA reviews of internal and partner-submitted work, assess process adherence, support SLA compliance
- →Collaborate closely with partners, IPMs, and internal stakeholders to resolve lower-level quality issues
