About the Role
You will operate as a Design Strategist within Swissquote’s Trading tribe, exploring and validating opportunities before they hit delivery. This role focuses on shaping problems, uncovering customer needs, and crafting clear, testable concepts and design briefs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead discovery for a trading domain including onboarding/funding, order entry, charts & insights, portfolio/positions, and corporate actions.
- →Frame problems and opportunities by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative signals, defining target segments and jobs-to-be-done, and articulating value hypotheses and success metrics.
- →Develop concepts by creating option sets including narratives, flows, storyboards, and low-fi prototypes, while comparing trade-offs, risks, and cost-to-build/operate.
- →Create design briefs with scope, hypotheses, acceptance criteria, KPIs, constraints, and dependencies.
- →Map journeys and service blueprints to identify failure points, operational implications, and data needs.
- →Make evidence-driven decisions by planning and running lightweight tests with UX Researchers and Data teams.
- →Facilitate stakeholder meetings with Product Trading Managers, Engineering, Compliance/Legal, Operations, and Customer Support.
- →Define design principles and guardrails for the trading experience.
- →Report on insights, recommendations, and go/no-go proposals.
