About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our US (NorthEast) team. This role focuses on driving direct and indirect enterprise sales, expanding our footprint, and selling new products to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets through direct and indirect sales channels within the US market.
→Manage and close complex enterprise sales deals, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and Sycurio's solutions.
→Proactively identify opportunities to introduce new Sycurio products and services to existing customers and new accounts.
→Develop and execute sales strategies for both direct customer engagement and through channel partners.
→Utilize the MEDDIC sales methodology to qualify leads, manage opportunities, and ensure successful deal closure.
→Maintain a robust sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM, accurately forecasting revenue and providing regular updates.
→Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
→Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, BDR, established partners, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
→Track and analyze sales performance against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

✓Degree level education or relevant industry experience.
✓5+ years’ sales experience in SaaS environments.
✓Successful achievement of $1M+ targets in consultative enterprise solutions or technical sales.
✓Proven success building pipeline and driving revenue through enterprise partnerships.
✓Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✓Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple enterprise accounts and partners.
✓Experience selling into the US Call Center Market.
✓Knowledge of the Payments industry and the PCI Data Security Standards.
