About the Role

Synapticure is seeking a driven and highly capable Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as the first dedicated in-house recruiter. This critical execution role functions as the internal engine of the hiring function, partnering directly with hiring managers to build teams across Engineering, Operations, and General & Administrative functions. The ideal candidate brings a blend of hunter mentality and operational excellence to manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• →Own and execute the end-to-end recruiting process for General & Administrative, Technology, and Operations roles
• →Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier passive talent
• →Serve as a brand ambassador ensuring every candidate interaction reflects Synapticure’s mission and values
• →Screen and qualify candidates effectively for technical fit and cultural alignment
• →Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and draft compelling job descriptions
• →Drive hiring velocity by managing scheduling, feedback loops, and offer negotiations
• →Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to leadership regarding pipeline health and metrics
• →Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data integrity and streamlined workflow
• →Identify opportunities to improve the recruiting process as the organization scales
• →Collaborate with the People team to ensure smooth transition from candidate to employee
