About the Role
We are seeking a Computational Biologist to join our Bioinformatics group at Syngenta. This role involves designing, building, and deploying AI models to analyze genomics data for crop improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Train, modify, and apply deep learning models to create workflows for our seeds pipeline
- →Join cross-functional research teams to deliver predictive and generative technologies
- →Synthesize results and communicate progress to project team members
- →Assist in designing and implementing advanced predictive AI models using genomics data
- →Prepare data for machine learning and deep learning projects
- →Identify and organize public and internal data sources for deep learning
- →Explore and implement cutting-edge model architectures
- →Modify existing DL model architectures to support new use cases
- →Develop workflows that utilize DL models to support cross-functional project teams
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption
- →Document model architectures, findings, and validation metrics
