About the Role
Syngenta is seeking a Hybrid Europe Seeds Logistics Operations Lead in Budapest to manage daily logistics operations and lead a team to deliver excellent service levels to customers. This role focuses on operational excellence, process improvement, and effective coordination with partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and mentor the logistics coordinators team
- →Monitor daily logistics activities and track operational KPIs
- →Ensure timely resolution of issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- →Identify operational risks and mitigation actions
- →Maintain and update operational procedures
- →Identify efficiency improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements
- →Prioritize and manage rush orders and monitor demurrage situations
- →Conduct weekly operational reviews with 4PL partners
Requirements
