About the Role
We are seeking a visionary AI Engineering Leader to join Syngenta as a Software Engineering Manager, AI. This role will serve as the technical catalyst for our AI transformation, driving the development of innovative products that leverage Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Advanced Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute an engineering strategy focused on AI-driven products aligned with global business objectives in Vegetable Seeds
- →Oversee end-to-end development of AI applications, ensuring reliability, security, and ethical AI standards
- →Collaborate with AI Product Managers, Data Leads, and Global Data organization to ensure high-quality data pipelines
- →Identify opportunities to deploy AI solutions across 85 countries of operation
- →Provide technical guidance to a team of software engineers, fostering AI literacy
- →Manage budgets and timelines for AI initiatives, including GPU/Cloud compute and high-performance data processing
- →Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends to drive competitive advantage
Requirements
