About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Transformation Lead to significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing investments worldwide. This role will design and implement a scalable, data-driven marketing model that reduces waste, increases ROI, and strengthens digital maturity across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead global market analysis and improvement: assess performance across markets worldwide, identify opportunities, and drive adoption of best-in-class digital marketing practices.
- →Design and implement the SPS internal agency model to increase marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI across regions.
- →Plan and execute high-impact omnichannel campaigns (global and local) that engage customers, capture data, and convert leads into sales.
- →Integrate AI and data-driven optimization into campaign planning, content, targeting, and analytics to maximize results.
- →Collaborate across global, regional, and local teams to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing experiences and measurable commercial growth.
Requirements
