About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team, focusing on planning, controlling, and implementing challenging projects, particularly in the pharmaceutical field. As a central interface between internal departments and customers, you will ensure that service contracts are fulfilled efficiently, compliantly, and successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- →Responsible for meeting project goals regarding costs, deadlines, and scope, ensuring fulfillment of agreed service agreements and project deliverables.
- →As the main point of contact for customers, coordinate project-related activities, especially in pharmaceutical production environments.
- →Oversee holistic project management of service and optimization projects – from planning through implementation to project completion.
- →Maintain and analyze project-relevant data in ERP and CRM systems.
- →Initiate and moderate Lessons-Learned-Workshops with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable optimization measures.
- →Apply structured problem-solving and quality methods to develop pragmatic, GMP-compliant solutions when deviations or issues arise.
Requirements

- ✓Strong understanding of GMP regulations and quality standards.
