About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Solution Consultant to join Synthflow AI, a no-code platform for deploying voice AI agents that automate phone calls across contact center operations and business process outsourcing (BPO) at scale. You will be the key technical partner to Enterprise Account Executives, driving the technical close of our largest deals.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead technical discovery meetings to understand customer environments and business challenges
- βDesign and deliver customized product demonstrations and workshops
- βDesign end-to-end technical architectures and generate technical documentation
- βServe as the technical expert during the sales cycle, addressing integration and security questions
- βCapture structured feedback from prospects and competitive intelligence
- βContribute to the creation of sales enablement materials and technical white papers
Requirements
- βSpanish fluency is mandatory
- β5+ years of progressive experience in a technical pre-sales role within B2B Enterprise SaaS
- βHands-on experience architecting solutions involving APIs and complex system integrations
- βStrong familiarity with telephony systems (SIP, VoIP, Twilio/Genesys/Avaya/etc.)
- βDeep understanding of AI/ML concepts and prompt engineering
- βExceptional presentation and written communication skills
