What you will do • Reporting to the Sr. Global Director of Business/Sales Development you will lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives in AMER. • Help develop and manage lead generation strategies across inbound, outbound, and social channels. • Help build and maintain scalable processes for prospecting, data management, and lead qualification. • Oversee the daily activities of the AMER lead generation team, providing coaching and performance management. • Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure understanding, messaging, and campaign execution. • Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health. • Help manage lead scoring models, CRM hygiene, and automation workflows to improve efficiency. • Improve through testing, feedback, and adoption of new technologies. • Represent Sysdig with prospects and customers, at main industry events. What you will bring with you • 3 years+ of experience as an inside sales or business development leader. • Preferable background in SaaS, cloud, or security sales, with technical buyers. • Experience exceeding goals. • Experience, scaling, and retaining teams. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.   We would love for you to join us!
