Key Responsibilities
- →Lead on-site installation and commissioning of robotic systems in customer facilities
- →Design and implement integration strategies for industrial robotic cells including manipulators, safety systems, and auxiliary equipment
- →Conduct system validation, safety assessments, and performance optimization in production environments
- →Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and electrical codes
- →Provide hands-on customer support, training, and field troubleshooting services
- →Collaborate with customers to understand production requirements and adapt solutions accordingly
- →Develop deployment documentation, risk assessments, and standard operating procedures
- →Drive continuous improvement of field integration processes and best practices
- →Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to validate system performance
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- ✓3+ years of hands-on industrial robotics integration and deployment experience
- ✓Proven experience integrating robots in real production environments
- ✓Experience with 6-DOF robot arms from major manufacturers (ABB, KUKA, Fanuc, Universal Robots, or similar)
- ✓Strong knowledge of electrical and safety standards (ISO 10218, ANSI/RIA R15.06, NFPA 79, NEC, CE marking)
- ✓Experience with industrial PLCs, electrical panel design, and control systems
- ✓Proficiency in CAD software for layout design and integration planning
- ✓Understanding of motor control, servo systems, and industrial communication protocols
- ✓Ability to read and create electrical schematics and P&IDs
- ✓Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple customer deployments
- ✓Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience
- ✓Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites
