About the Role
Taktile is redefining how financial institutions use AI to make critical decisions. As a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll own the technical journey from customer onboarding to production-grade AI deployments that deliver real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead complex AI-driven Taktile deployments in production
- →Apply technical expertise to help organizations address real-world challenges
- →Scope work, sequence delivery, and proactively remove blockers
- →Partner with product management to influence the product roadmap
- →Develop reusable resources and tools to scale the engineering function
- →Coach and mentor junior Forward Deployed Engineers
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience with customer-facing work
- ✓Strong technical background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science
- ✓Production-grade Python and SQL skills with REST API expertise
- ✓Ability to break down complex problems and make quick decisions
- ✓Strong relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders
- ✓Experience in a B2B SaaS company as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solution Engineer, or equivalent
- ✓Experience in building AI applications within financial services
- ✓Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
