ABOUT THE ROLE
Weβre looking for an Account Executive to help drive and grow our footprint across the Swedish region. Youβll be at the forefront of introducing Tandemβs clinician copilot to providers, partners, and health systems - shaping how we scale across Sweden.
In this position, you will actively represent Tandem at trade fairs, events, and in direct conversations with physicians, doctors, and decision-makers. You contribute to our mission where it matters most - into personal contact with our future partners. Your goal is to position our solutions in the market, drive new business, and strengthen existing relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Actively acquiring new customers in the municipalities sector through cold calling, appointment scheduling, product presentations/live demos, negotiations and closing deals.
- Help to represent Tandem Health at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, serving as an ambassador for our mission and solutions.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with physicians, doctors, practice managers, and key decision-makers across the healthcare sector.
- Strategically plan and implement sales initiatives to effectively penetrate the Swedish Municipalities market.
- Collaborate closely with SDR, marketing, product, and customer success teams to incorporate market feedback and continuously enhance the customer experience.
- Utilise digital GTM-tools and CRM system to track leads, deals and ensure transparent and organised sales management.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Demonstrated multi-year successful sales experience, ideally gained in the SaaS, technology, healthcare or municipalities sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
- A high level of initiative, a structured approach to work, and a passion for embracing challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Native level in Swedish and fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Passion for improving healthcare delivery through thoughtful, impactful innovation.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience working with or selling into EHR providers, health systems, or care delivery platforms.
- Background in medtech, digital health, or regulated software.
- A completed degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments, especially launching new markets.
LOCATION
