About the Role

Tava Health is seeking a Commercial Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market for employer- and partner-facing products. This role will build enablement infrastructure and serve as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

→Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for employer/commercial initiatives
→Build launch narratives and rollout plans across internal and external audiences
→Develop and maintain segmented commercial messaging frameworks
→Create customer-facing collateral including one-pagers and product explainers
→Build and maintain a "source of truth" for commercial GTM assets
→Drive adoption of enablement materials with the commercial team
→Support company-level narratives that ladder up to commercial strategy

Requirements

✓3+ years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or health tech
✓Healthcare/payer familiarity with health plans, EAPs, and care navigation partners
✓Proven GTM ownership with experience running launches and building messaging frameworks
✓ICP fluency with ability to shift voice and frame value story for different audiences
✓Strong writing and narrative skills
✓Organized and proactive with ability to build systems and hit deadlines
✓Collaborative by nature with experience partnering across departments
✓Mission-driven with passion for making mental health care more accessible
