About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Creative Automation Engineer to build systems that scale high-performing, brand-consistent marketing creatives across various platforms. This role focuses on automating production and operations flows within the Creative Studio and Growth and Brand team.
Key Responsibilities
- โBuild systems that scale high-performing, brand-consistent marketing creatives
- โAutomate production and operations flows within the Creative Studio and Growth and Brand team
- โIncrease creative efficiency by automating non-creative, time-consuming production aspects
- โCreate an automation pipeline that produces fast, reliable, on-spec outputs
- โContribute to performance uplift and brand consistency
Requirements
- โExperience with local-run AI setups and governance models for tool approval
- โFamiliarity with LoRA/fine-tuning workflows and production impacts
- โHands-on AI experience with Figma, Notion, Jira, and N8N
- โExperience building creative QA pipelines
- โExperience improving creative measurement infrastructure
