About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the Self-Employed team at Taxfix Group. You'll build core features for our flagship tax filing app, transforming complex tax scenarios into simple, reliable experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- โ+2 years experience with React (ideally React Native) on the Frontend
- โ+2 years of experience with Node.js on Backend
- โExposure to public Cloud Environment (Google Cloud, AWS or MS Azure)
- โFamiliarity with DevOps tools and concepts
- โFamiliarity with backend concepts and technologies (authentication systems, databases, cloud)
- โExperience with integrating with diverse APIs
- โCuriosity for AI-assisted development and familiarity with tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot
- โPassion for writing maintainable and elegant code
- โA pragmatic approach with a strong positive attitude
