About the Role
As a Salesforce Consultant β Data Quality, you will be the guardian of data integrity for our high-stakes enterprise clients. This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role where you will move beyond simple data management to architecting the data foundation that enables advanced AI and complex financial reporting.
You will be responsible for the hands-on execution of data hygiene strategies, ensuring that Salesforce remains a "single source of truth" across complex, integrated ecosystems. You will leverage modern tools and methodologies to drive >90% data accuracy, directly impacting the ROI and scalability of the businesses we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Quality Management
- Manage and execute deduplication, record matching, and data cleansing processes within Salesforce using third-party tools such as DataGroomr, Plauti, or similar.
- Configure and maintain data quality rules, match criteria, and merge logic to ensure accurate and consistent records.
- Monitor duplicate creation trends and take proactive action to prevent data degradation.
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating remediation.
- Cross-System Data Consistency
- Ensure data consistency and reconciliation across Salesforce and integrated platforms.
- Identify and address data mismatches, synchronisation gaps, and replication inconsistencies between systems.
- Work with integration and technical teams to resolve cross-system data issues.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to data quality reporting, including dashboards and monitoring summaries on data health.
- Recommend improvements to data quality processes, tooling configuration, and operational workflows.
- Support the development of data quality standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a data management or operations capacity.
- Hands-on experience with third-party Salesforce data quality tools such as DataGroomr, Plauti, DemandTools, or similar.
- Strong expertise in deduplication, record matching, merge logic, and data cleansing within a CRM environment.
- Experience with cross-system data reconciliation and troubleshooting data consistency issues across integrated platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to data investigation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven client and stakeholder management skills, with experience translating technical findings into business-relevant updates.
