Key Responsibilities
- →Design and build complicated workflows
- →Understand user personas and deliver a slick experience
- →Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle
- →Interface with stakeholders and architects to create technology specifications
- →Prepare technical designs for components within modules
- →Articulate pros and cons of technology stacks and drive optimal architecture selection
- →Drive performance tuning, redesign, and refactoring
- →Contribute to designing and implementing build and release processes
- →Implement module components based on prevailing frameworks and open-source standards

Requirements
- ✓Minimum 8+ years of work experience in Software Development
- ✓Bachelor’s in computer science or relevant fields
- ✓Strong sense of ownership and attitude for getting things done
- ✓Understanding of basic REST principles
- ✓Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA
- ✓Experience with Git
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- ✓Excellent understanding of performance and optimization techniques
- ✓Experience in developing enterprise systems like eCommerce, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.
