About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Project Management Intern to join our team at Telligen, a respected population health management organization. This internship provides hands-on experience in project coordination and strategic planning across multiple business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables
- →Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and decisions
- →Track project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation using project management tools
- →Support communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- →Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making
- →Help identify project risks and contribute to mitigation strategies
- →Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports and presentations
- →Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
Requirements
- ✓Currently enrolled and seeking a degree in Business Administration/Management, MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
- ✓Strong organizational and time management skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- ✓Available to work 20 hours per week, minimum
- ✓Must be onsite at our West Des Moines, IA office
- ✓Preferred Skills
- ✓Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, SmartSheet, etc.)
- ✓Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
