We are looking for a Staff Data Analyst to join tem, a company revolutionizing energy transactions through a proprietary pricing engine. This pivotal role will involve partnering with various departments to unlock insights and standardize data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with stakeholders across Product, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate challenges into analytical solutions
- →Create insights that drive action and inform product, commercial, and customer decisions
- →Standardize metrics and dashboards to make data accessible across the business
- →Champion data-driven decision-making and empower non-technical colleagues
- →Shape the evolution of analytics tools and processes as the company scales
- →Mentor junior analysts and raise the bar for technical quality and storytelling
- →Ensure data insights flow seamlessly between the data team, engineering, and business units
Requirements
- ✓Multiple years of experience in data analytics with a proven ability to influence decisions in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong SQL skills and experience with modern analytics stacks (dbt, Looker/Tableau, or similar technologies)
- ✓Solid understanding of Python
- ✓Ability to simplify complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives and visuals
- ✓Comfortable with product impact analysis, commercial sizing, churn analysis, and performance measurement
- ✓Experience coaching junior analysts and setting high standards for analysis
