About the Role
We are looking for a Media Data Analyst to join our team at H&M Group. This role focuses on building strong analytical foundations that enable consistent and scalable marketing measurement across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support in reporting, creating dashboards, taxonomy implementation, and ongoing performance analysis
- →Delivering recurring media performance analysis and reporting across paid media channels
- →Preparing, validating, and structuring data for media analytics and attribution use cases
- →Ensure taxonomy design supports scalable measurement, attribution, and business decision-making
- →Supporting the execution of dashboard development in collaboration with Data & BI specialists
- →Supporting analytical deep dives related to campaigns, always-on performance, and key initiatives
- →Ensuring documentation, structure, and consistency across analytics deliverables
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, or media performance analysis
- ✓Experience working with data and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL or similar)
- ✓A genuine interest in digital media, marketing performance, and measurement frameworks
- ✓Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
- ✓Curious and eager to learn
- ✓Collaborative and proactive in a team environment
