Senior Product Manager, Worker Scalability & Compute at Temporaltechnologies

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own how developers deploy, host, and scale Temporal workers. This role will shape the compute runtime story for Temporal, focusing on developer experience and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• →Own the roadmap for worker deployment options, including self-hosted, managed, and serverless execution models
• →Drive the strategy for workflow and activity hosting to reduce operational burden
• →Lead workflow versioning initiatives for safe, zero-downtime deployments
• →Evolve the Temporal Worker Controller and KEDA integration for intelligent autoscaling
• →Define the path toward serverless worker execution
• →Partner with engineering to improve worker tuning and resource efficiency
• →Collaborate with customers and community to understand deployment pain points
