About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive, Health Systems to join our team at Tennr. This role focuses on enterprise sales, breaking into large health systems and academic medical centers to drive complex, high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close
- →Drive value-based selling by conducting deep discovery into clinical, operational, and financial workflows
- →Navigate stakeholder complexity by mapping buying committees and aligning diverse stakeholders
- →Structure and close strategic deals, negotiating high-value, multi-year enterprise agreements
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including selling into large integrated delivery networks
- ✓Proven track record of personally closing seven-figure deals with complex sales cycles
- ✓Ability to break into net-new enterprise accounts without heavy reliance on inbound leads
- ✓Strong gravitas and fluency with operational, financial, and clinical audiences
- ✓Experience building and defending complex ROI models tied to enterprise-wide impacts
- ✓Builder mindset with experience in startup or high-growth environments
