We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join The Flex, a company revolutionizing the rental industry with its automation engine, Base360.ai. This role focuses on building scalable web applications and APIs that power instant bookings, intelligent access, automated workflows, and predictive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build, and scale core web applications and APIs
- →Work end-to-end across frontend interfaces, backend services, and cloud infrastructure
- →Develop fast, reliable, and scalable web applications and APIs
- →Architect robust, well-documented APIs
- →Build event-driven services and automated workflows
- →Deliver high-impact integrations with partners
- →Ship and maintain serverless infrastructure on AWS
- →Tackle real-time booking synchronization and pricing intelligence
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience with Node.js, React, and AWS (serverless)
- ✓A solid understanding of API-first architectures and distributed systems
- ✓Experience with Python / FastAPI for automation or data services
- ✓A proven ability to build clean, scalable, production-ready web and API systems
