About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer – Ads & Email to join our marketing team. This hands-on role focuses on creating high-quality, conversion-focused creative for paid advertising and email marketing in a fast-growing e-commerce brand.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design paid social ad creative for ongoing campaigns and new product launches
- →Create email marketing creative for campaigns, flows, and announcements
- →Adapt and resize existing assets into new formats and variations
- →Collaborate closely with the marketing team on creative direction and concepts
- →Iterate on creative based on performance feedback and testing insights
- →Maintain strict brand consistency across all outputs
- →Organize and deliver clean, well-structured design files for handoff
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- ✓Proven experience creating paid social ad creative and email marketing creative
- ✓Strong understanding of ecommerce and conversion-driven design principles
- ✓Experience designing for platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- ✓Familiarity with email platforms like Klaviyo or similar ESPs
- ✓Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
- ✓Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating efficiently
- ✓Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests at once
- ✓Experience with static and light motion graphics (GIFs / simple animations) is a plus
- ✓Prior experience working with ecommerce or DTC brands is a strong advantage
