About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team at The Global Talent Co. This role involves working with a diverse portfolio of companies to build high-performing teams across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- →Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates within LatAm
- →Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience
- →Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems
- →Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- →Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies
- →Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process
- →Provide support during the onboarding process
- →Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness
- →Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience as a recruiter with at least 2 years' experience in recruiting, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
- ✓Knowledge of the local market and recruitment attraction techniques
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- ✓Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
- ✓Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- ✓Previous experience recruiting in marketing & support functions an advantage
- ✓Comfortable conducting business in English
