About the Role
We are looking for a Director of End User Services and Client Experience for the Americas region at Nielsen. This strategic leadership role is responsible for the modern workplace experience across North and South American offices, overseeing IT professionals to ensure employees have seamless, high-performance technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Overhaul and manage desktop support and executive support
- →Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for End User Services (EUS) in the Americas
- →Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of technical leads and support specialists
- →Manage the regional EUS budget while identifying cost optimization opportunities
- →Oversee the full lifecycle of end-user hardware and software
- →Drive the adoption of collaboration tools and implement AI end user support solutions
- →Define the "Office of the Future" for the Americas region
Requirements
- ✓Strategic leadership experience in IT services
- ✓Experience with automation, self-service, and employee productivity initiatives
- ✓Knowledge of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), ITSM tooling, IAM, and VDI
- ✓Ability to manage budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities
- ✓Experience with remote support tools and secure VPN connectivity
- ✓Strong leadership skills to maintain team cohesion across diverse time zones
