Key Responsibilities
- →Code rapidly without bugs, using coding assistants like Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf
- →Design features, propose product improvements, and identify the best technical strategies
- →Work in a team of 1-3 engineers with a tech lead and product manager
- →Take on a tech lead role after assimilating our methods
Requirements
- ✓2-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
- ✓Proficiency in one or more of our preferred frameworks: Spring Boot, Nest.js, Node, Angular, or React.js
- ✓Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- ✓Ability to design complex features and model business realities
- ✓High standards for code quality
- ✓Curiosity about Lean Tech and ambition to take on tech lead responsibilities
