About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Lead to join our team at Theodo. This role focuses on strengthening partnerships with existing major accounts and acquiring new strategic clients in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Grow accounts assigned to you and acquire new clients through your sector expertise
- →Ensure alignment between commercial promises and delivered value
- →Create conditions for team success on projects
- →Be the main point of contact for clients and represent all group entities
- →Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers
- →Proactively pitch our offerings and expertise to clients
- →Identify new needs among clients to make appropriate proposals
- →Identify, qualify, and develop commercial opportunities in the energy sector
- →Lead complex sales cycles and interact with decision-makers
- →Generate new leads through networking, pitches, events, and other prospecting methods
- →Ensure complete client satisfaction and implement action plans when needed
- →Maintain continuity of client relationship with project teams
- →Write clear, inspiring, and impactful proposals
- →Demonstrate ROI of our offerings and show value through business cases
- →Lead responses to strategic tenders
Requirements
- ✓Graduate from a top engineering or business school
- ✓3 to 8 years of experience in sales in consulting or project delivery
- ✓Knowledge of the energy sector to open or expand accounts
- ✓Mastery of account management techniques and methodologies
- ✓Strong curiosity for technology and digital product functioning
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to demonstrate leadership in complex sales cycles
- ✓Rigorous in managing priorities and performance management
- ✓Proactive and eager to progress quickly
