About the Role
We are looking for a Spanish speaking HVC/VIP Account Manager to join our commercial team. This role is crucial for supporting our platform for high value customers and ensuring player safety is prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver a world-class HVC/VIP loyalty & rewards program to generate brand loyalty and reduce churn
- →Build exceptional relationships with high value clients, providing personalized service and gaming experiences
- →Introduce benefits packages for HVC/VIPs to ensure the best customer service and experience
- →Analyze and report on HVC/VIP segments, identifying player movements and retention opportunities
- →Monitor customer performance and ensure bonuses, gifts, and hospitality invitations align with business requirements
- →Initiate campaigns to drive activity for high value customers
- →Manage targets and budget effectively
- →Maximize the customer journey while promoting responsible gambling
- →Work with Product, CS, and CRM teams to increase player activity and turnover
- →Create and implement systems to monitor for new HVC customer potential
- →Plan and execute events with Marketing and Events teams
- →Make outbound calls to clients with promotional information
- →Improve product and industry expertise to benefit HVC/VIP customers
- →Provide regular updates on work progress
- →Collaborate with development team to tailor products for HVC/VIPs
- →Foster a team culture with open communication and constructive feedback
Requirements
- ✓Fluency in Spanish and English
- ✓Experience in account management, particularly with high value customers
- ✓Strong understanding of loyalty and rewards programs
- ✓Ability to analyze customer data and identify retention opportunities
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Knowledge of responsible gambling practices
- ✓Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools
