About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CRM professional to join Tide’s Paid Plans CRM team. This role focuses on developing and executing CRM strategies that improve retention and increase customer lifetime value in a subscription-based business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the planning and execution of CRM strategies for subscription products
- →Provide strategic guidance to senior CRM team members
- →Manage and mentor a Senior CRM Executive
- →Use advanced data analytics to refine segmentation and personalize member communications
- →Implement advanced targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance
- →Apply predictive modelling and behavioural analytics to reduce churn
- →Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
- →Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience
- →Develop and oversee customer advocacy and loyalty programmes
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of CRM experience, ideally within subscription-based businesses
- ✓Experience with subscription billing systems and customer databases
- ✓Strong background in CRM analytics, segmentation, and predictive modelling
- ✓Deep knowledge of CRM and marketing automation technologies
- ✓Strong project management and strategic thinking skills
- ✓Excellent spoken and written English
- ✓Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Experience with tools such as Iterable, Salesforce, GSuite, and Jira
