Lead Product Manager (Insurance) at Tide

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Insurance team at Tide. This role involves shaping the vision and roadmap for our insurance products, driving innovation and scaling across markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create a world-class insurance experience for business owners globally.

Key Responsibilities

• →Own the vision and roadmap for key product domains within Insurance, driving innovation and global scale
• →Lead the team through discovery, design, delivery and iteration of new product development
• →Design globally scalable solutions, balancing market nuances and regulatory complexity
• →Champion cross-functional excellence by partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and R&C
• →Lead discovery and experimentation to identify opportunities and shape product direction
• →Communicate strategy and priorities to senior stakeholders
• →Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring member needs remain central to every decision
• →Lead by example, taking ownership of business metrics and product KPIs
• →Continuously improve processes and practices within the product area
