About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our team at Tilt. This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, and craft, helping define how Tilt shows up in the world and pushing the brand forward across campaigns, product marketing, and growth surfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build on Tilt’s recent rebrand by expanding our visual language and refining our look and feel
- →Design high-impact brand and growth work that shows up in the world as clear, distinctive expressions of Tilt
- →Design campaigns, web experiences, and ads across paid social, digital, and emerging channels
- →Lead campaign ideas from early concept through execution, setting art direction and building creative systems
- →Contribute to a highly collaborative Creative team through critique, iteration, and shared ownership of the work
- →Help define how motion plays a bigger role in our brand expression
- →Shape our creative practice as a growing creative organization
Requirements
- ✓Background in agency or in-house creative team
- ✓Deep experience in brand design and identity systems
- ✓Ability to think strategically and generate big ideas
- ✓Experience designing ads and campaigns across channels
- ✓Understanding of marketing websites as a core brand surface
- ✓Strong attention to quality, detail, and intentionality
- ✓Ability to present work and articulate design decisions confidently
- ✓Fluency in Figma and Adobe tools
