About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Tines. This role will play a critical part in our exciting growth trajectory, driving adoption and expanding usage of our automation platform across customer bases.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the Customer Success function to support the key phases of the customer journey: onboarding, adoption/value conversations, business reviews and renewal
- →Lead a first-class onboarding experience and ensure customer use cases and requirements are met in the specified timeline
- →Translate technical customer needs to internal technical teams and deliver feedback to the Product team on new feature requests and enhancements
- →Coordinate onboarding and business reviews to evaluate performance, learn about customer priorities, and locate new opportunities to promote expansion
- →Partner with internal resources to build account plans and align customer needs with use cases to increase platform usage
- →Proactively identify risks to customers achieving their stated goals and work with CSM/PM teams to develop mitigation plans
- →Identify issues that impact customers and provide thought leadership in finding solutions or assist in co-development of process improvements
- →Develop and drive a renewal plan and deliver strategic messages on the value of Tines
- →Review account dashboards, metrics, log-ins, and use cases to determine customer health
- →Manage a book of business by evaluating data indicators and account health to drive renewals and expansion strategies
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in a technical account management, customer success, or post-sales role at a technology company
- ✓Proficiency in German is highly desirable
- ✓Experience with a SaaS solutions offering for technical teams
- ✓Experience asking questions to uncover problems, locate new opportunities, and translate technical requirements
- ✓Knowledge of how to solve complex problems by utilizing internal resources
- ✓Knowledge of APIs and how they function
