About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, operationally minded specialist to design and scale the systems and processes that underpin our partner ecosystem. This role will own the processes, tools, systems, and data that ensure our partners can operate with clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and optimize partner operations processes, owning the end-to-end processes that support the full partner lifecycle
- →Deliver partner systems and tooling, managing key partner infrastructure including PRM platforms, Salesforce objects and workflows
- →Drive operational rigor and cross-functional alignment across partnerships, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and product teams
- →Implement best-in-class analytics infrastructure to track, analyze, and report on partner activity
- →Ensure data quality and governance, maintaining clean reliable partner data
- →Champion continuous improvement by identifying friction points and implementing process improvements
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in partner operations, revenue operations, or similar B2B SaaS roles
- ✓Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and operational workflows
- ✓Proficiency with Salesforce, PRM tools, reporting platforms, and enablement systems
- ✓Ability to design, document, and optimize complex processes across cross-functional teams
- ✓Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and experience building reporting infrastructure
- ✓Excellent communication skills and project management capabilities
- ✓Collaborative mindset with commitment to continuous improvement
