About the Role
We are looking for a Menu Onboarding Consultant to join Toast, the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt and succeed. This role involves building, reviewing, and configuring customer menus to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase to build onboarding plans
- →Create best practices for managing daily restaurant operations using Toast
- →Consult with clients to determine configuration needs and communicate unique requirements
- →Perform onboarding configurations remotely while documenting the process
- →Lead onboarding training plans for restaurant staff
- →Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
- ✓Success operating independently in a changing environment
- ✓Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- ✓Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills
