About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Toast, a restaurant technology company. This role focuses on crafting exceptional user experiences and solving complex systems challenges across Enterprise experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to understand users and translate insights into intuitive product experiences
- →Design end-to-end workflows across responsive web and native mobile platforms
- →Simplify complex operator workflows for restaurant management
- →Contribute to AI-driven tools that help operators make better decisions
- →Apply systems thinking to design platform-level experiences that scale across product lines
- →Ensure design consistency with the Design System team
- →Participate in design critiques and reviews
- →Support research activities and translate insights into product improvements
- →Collaborate with localization teams for culturally appropriate designs
- →Advocate for customer-centered design
